United Furniture is pleased to announce a special unprecedented offer to our valued Cashable Voucher customers. As advertised in local newspapers, due to the recent bankruptcy of The Consumer's Trust, United Furniture is offering our valued customers who received a Cashable Voucher as a result of purchasing merchandise from United Furniture, an opportunity to recover up to the full amount of this Voucher.

If you meet our Simplified Voucher Holder Rules, United Furniture will redeem 50% of your Voucher's value for merchandise you are purchasing at that time from any United Furniture store. Or, if you meet our Simplified Voucher Holder Rules, and if the value of the merchandise you are purchasing at the time you redeem your Voucher exceeds your Voucher amount, United Furniture will redeem your Voucher for up to 50% of the value of the merchandise purchased, to a maximum of the full Voucher amount.

Example #1

The value of your Voucher is $300.00. You purchase merchandise from United Furniture for $200.00 (before taxes and delivery). If you meet the Simplified Voucher Holder Rules set out below, United Furniture will apply a credit of $150.00 (50% of the Voucher value) towards the retail value of the merchandise you purchased.

Example #2

The value of your Voucher is $300.00. You purchase merchandise from United Furniture for $400.00 (before taxes and delivery). If you meet the Simplified Voucher Holder Rules set out below, United Furniture will apply a credit of $200.00 (50% of the retail value of the merchandise purchased) towards the retail value of the merchandise you purchased.

Example #3

The value of your Voucher is $300.00. You purchase merchandise from United Furniture for $700.00 (before taxes and delivery). If you meet the Simplified Voucher Holder Rules set out below, United Furniture will apply a credit of $300.00 (100% of the Voucher amount) towards the retail value of the merchandise you purchased.


SIMPLIFIED VOUCHER HOLDER RULES

1. You are required to produce the following documentation to the manager at any United Furniture store at the time you redeem your Cashable Voucher and purchase your merchandise:

• Original Cashable Voucher, which must be surrendered to United Furniture;
• Original invoice for the merchandise purchased for which you received your Cashable Voucher; and
• Photo ID of the person named in the Cashable Voucher as the Holder (i.e. Drivers license or passport).
