United Furniture Warehouse (UFW) wants you to love your purchase, and we’ll always work hard to make your shopping experience great. Please be sure to keep your invoice in the rare case something may go wrong with your new items.
If you should find the same brand and model advertised by either United Furniture Warehouse or a competitor at a lower price, on identical terms and conditions within 30 days of delivery or pick-up, we will refund you the difference on the same tender in which you paid. You’ll need to make sure the identical item is new, locally available, sold by an authorized retailer with standard warranties and priced in Canadian dollars.
We know our competitors may not carry identical mattresses, that’s why our Mattress Plus 10 Guarantee applies to comparable mattresses with the same key features made by Canada’s leading brands.
If you find UFW or a competitor advertising the same or comparable mattress at a lower price, on identical terms and conditions, within 90 days of delivery or pick-up, we will refund you the difference on the same tender which you paid.
And, because it’s simply smart to shop with us, we’ll give you an additional 10% of the refund amount.
If you find the same appliance brand and model advertised at a lower price, on identical terms and conditions, within 30 days of delivery or pick-up, we will refund you the difference on the same tender which you paid.
And, because it’s simply smart to shop with us, we will give you an additional 20% of the refund amount.

If your purchase is damaged, defective or not properly functioning, contact us within three days of delivery or pick-up and we will be pleased to assist you with a repair or a replacement.
All our products carry a one-year warranty against defects provided by the manufacturer or, where the manufacturer does not provide a one-year warranty, by UFW.
For complete peace of mind, we recommend you purchase our extended warranty, available on most items we sell (excluding accessories).
If you are not getting a great sleep on your new sleep set, we offer a one-time reselection within 90 days, or if you purchased a mattress pad, 180 days, from the date we delivered your mattress or you picked it up.
Try the sleep set for at least 21 days before requesting a comfort guarantee, as it can take time to get used to a new mattress.
Please Note: Free delivery applies to only your first sleep set when purchased with your Brick Card; delivery charges apply to reselections.
With Appliance Plus, all new major appliances purchased from UFW come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
Contact us within 30 days of your delivery or pick up date and we will assist you in making a one-time reselection of another similar appliance. All our appliances come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty.
Our home electronics come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty.
When purchasing home electronics from UFW, you can return product in its original, sealed, manufacturer's packaging in resale condition. Please contact us within seven days of the delivery or pick up date and we will be pleased to assist you in making a re-selection or refund.
** This Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to special orders, made-to-order, ready to assemble (RTA), adjustable mattress bases, floor model or "as-is" product. "As-is" purchases are considered final sale. Due to sanitary reasons, bedding accessories such as linens, pillows and mattress pads etc. are non-returnable and are considered final sale. Pillows and mattress pads come with a manufacturer's warranty, please refer to the warranty card insert included in your product for warranty details. To exercise your Satisfaction Guarantee, product must be in like-new condition and free of any physical damages, other than any damage that may have been reported, within the three days of delivery or pick-up. United Furniture Warehouse reserves the right to obtain product assessment prior to authorizing replacement. We do not credit delivery charges. Delivery charges will apply to your new selection. With the exception for the aforementioned policy, refunds or reselection will not be offered on your furniture purchase once you have taken possession of your purchase.
