Returns and Exchanges

Our returns and exchange policy is another reason why it’s Simply Smart to shop at United Furniture Warehouse (UFW).

Whether you purchase a product in-store or online, you can contact us within three days of delivery or pick-up in the rare event your purchase is damaged, defective or not working properly. We’ll help you get your new item repaired or replaced at no cost to you.

All of our products come with a one-year manufacturer warranty against defects. If the manufacturer does not provide this one-year warranty, UFW will.

For your complete peace of mind, we recommend you purchase an extended warranty with your new furniture, appliance, mattress or electronic item(s). Warranties are available for most items UFW sells (excluding accessories), and can save you time, money and worry should something go wrong with your purchase.
